As-Salam

 The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ السَّلَامُ، وَمِنْكَ السَّلَامُ، تَبَارَكْتَ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ "O Allah, You are the Peace (As-Salam) and from You comes peace. Blessed are You, O Possessor of Glory and Honor." (Sunan Abu Dawud 1515)

"Allahumma anta As-Salam" is an Arabic phrase that means "O Allah, You are the Peace." This is one of the names or attributes of Allah, which is mentioned in the Quran (Surah Al-Hashr 59:23) and is often used in Islamic prayers and supplications.

Overall, "Allahumma anta As-Salam" is a powerful and beautiful expression of our faith and devotion to Allah, and it reminds us of the importance of seeking peace and tranquility in our lives through our connection with Him. Muslims perform the five daily prayers, and in each prayer, they recite the phrase "As-Salamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah" (peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah) while turning their heads to the right and left. This is a way of asking for peace and blessings on the believers around the world.

وَٱللَّهُ يَدْعُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ دَارِ ٱلسَّلَـٰمِ وَيَهْدِى مَن يَشَآءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍۢ مُّسْتَقِيمٍۢ 

And Allah invites ˹all˺ to the Home of Peace and guides whoever He wills to the Straight Path.

[Surah Yunus, verse 25]

This verse highlights the fact that Allah invites people to the Home of Peace or Dar As-Salam, which is the ultimate destination of the believers. It is a place where there is no fear, anxiety, or pain, and where the believers will enjoy eternal peace and tranquility in the company of Allah.

Furthermore, this verse emphasizes the fact that Allah is the one who guides people to the straight path that leads to the Home of Peace. It is only through His guidance and mercy that we can attain salvation and eternal bliss. Therefore, as believers, we should seek His guidance and strive to follow the straight path that leads to the ultimate destination of Dar As-Salam.
